Hybrid The Integration Project Manager II is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to final implementation using effective project management practices. This includes leading multi-disciplinary teams which include all levels of personnel, vendors, and clients, in the creation and deployment of a Novant Health strategic solution associated with the investment in business growth, enterprise standardization, transitions resulting from affiliations, constructions, start up, mergers/acquisitions and other assigned projects. The Integration Project Manager II will also have ownership of directing, facilitating and managing the change control process which includes scope change, budget change, schedule change, and overall performance of project. The Integration Project Manager II will be responsible for driving change from the business perspective and therefore impact Novant Health’s organizational culture. Must have effective communication, relationship management and overall knowledge of system and departmental capabilities/functions.
