Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist I to support the planning, scheduling, and cost control functions across a range of capital projects. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience in project controls who is looking to build on their foundational skills and grow within a structured and team-oriented environment. Assigned work will typically support White or Green I projects, as defined by the Project Management Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and budgets Track and report on project costs, progress, and key performance indicators Support risk management and forecasting activities Use scheduling and financial software tools to maintain project data and reporting Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables Apply project controls methodologies while working under the guidance of senior staff

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of direct project controls experience in lieu of a degree Demonstrated understanding of project controls principles and best practices Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and financial tracking tools Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a technical discipline PMI or AACE certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, or

AACE-EVP

) Experience using tools such as

MS Project, Primavera, Business Objects, Passport, Prolog, Visio, Powerplant, Emax, or PeopleSoft Team Environment:
