This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to maximize project success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the project management team to support project-specific tasks, including: Contract execution Insurance compliance Trade partner and owner pay application processing Invoice (accounts payable) processing Procore Set up Track and monitor documentation requirements (e.g., insurance, lien waivers) and coordinate with project accountants and the project management team to facilitate timely trade partner payments. Execute various administrative and operational tasks based on project needs to ensure successful outcomes. Communicate effectively via email and telephone to support the project team. Assist in gathering start-up documentation from trade partners, such as safety manuals and risk mitigation plans. Provide administrative support for permitting, code compliance, and inspections. Collect and organize closeout documentation in accordance with project specifications to support the project management team. Maintain and update contract documents throughout the project lifecycle.
