We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Sales team in business development and existing customer communication in the General Industry business within the North American market. Role Responsibilities:

Self-dependent handling of defined customer- and acquisition projects

Sales Director Assistance Product Support Coordination:

Colour match coordination with distributors & end user Supply Chain and customer forecast review Quotations and price program review and support Literature package mailing and customer inquiry follow-up Maintaining project lists and sending reminders, action requirements and status updates Preparation, documentation and follow up of customer visits, sales meetings and technical trainings programs General support and communication management with distributors and sales managers Complaint management and follow up regionally Collection of and follow up with sales reports, itineraries and action items thereof Maintaining customer database including reference list Maintaining colour sample database and literature inventory Support with trade show preparation and materials handling Control and securing of outstanding invoices Application of internal EDP systems, especially to guide projects and sales managers; also for statistics Ensure that all necessary information and technical details are communicated properly Ensure reporting processes as per defined contents and time linesMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Requires flexibility and understanding that this position may be required to perform duties outside the duties listed above in order to meet the mission and goals of Mankiewicz Coatings.

Role Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred. Minimum of 2 years work experience in project management preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Experience with SAP software (preferred) Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. The position requires the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, including to countries and customers that may require proof of vaccination. Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
