Overview:

Generator Supercenter of Charleston is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Project Management Team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various clerical and administrative tasks related to whole home generator installations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members, project managers, operations managers, inspectors, and utility companies. We are looking for someone with grit and tenacity to join our crew and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer communications and address any concerns Apply for electrical and plumbing permits Coordinate with team members, project managers, operations managers, inspectors, and utility companies to ensure smooth installations Provide regular status updates on individual jobs

Requirements:

Previous experience in project coordination or similar role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
