This role is vital to managing timelines, coordinating between disciplines (design, engineering, sourcing), and serving as a hub for project communication. You’ll help establish best practices and project workflows as we scale. Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage project timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables.
• Own the Notion-based project management system, keeping it up to date and structured.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
• Run project check-ins, follow-ups, and escalation processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, and ensure documentation is clear and accessible. Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in project management in product development or hardware/software environments.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt them to a growing team.
• Fluent in project tracking tools — experience in Notion is highly desirable.
