The candidate should have a basic understanding of the construction process. This role will support the project management and preconstruction team with change orders, submittals, cost proposals, take-off, ordering of materials and scheduling. This is a hybrid position and will require the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team, with flexibility for local travel for pre-bid site walks and other project and bid-related meetings.
