Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial, multifamily, institutional, and industrial construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all project phases including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and client communication Lead on-site and office-based teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and proactively resolve issues Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers Track project costs and forecasts; manage change orders and monthly pay applications
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor Proven success managing projects in the $10M-$75M+ range Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
