This direct hire, full-time role will manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results on time and within budget. Founded in 2010 and licensed in SC, NC, and GA, is focused on expanding its presence throughout South Carolina.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related duties
- Oversee multiple projects and coordinate with site superintendents on scheduling
- Manage subcontractor selection, awards, and communication with clients and architects
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation using Procore software
- Review and approve subcontractor billing and manage overall project cash flow
Project Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial construction or a recent 4-year university graduate
- Proficient in Procore and general computer software
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in the Charleston area and have a personal vehicle; light travel required Pay and Benefits- $80,000-$100,000/year + performance bonus, company phone, paid holidays, and vacation.
