The Role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated Project Manager with construction experience—preferably in pools—who takes ownership of projects from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution, from initial planning to final completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards. Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep projects moving efficiently. Order, schedule, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain quality control and problem-solve on-site challenges. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and permitting requirements.
Qualifications:
Construction project management experience (pool construction preferred but not required). Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to proactively manage timelines, budgets, and materials.
