Project Manager ServiceMaster of Charleston 3228 Industry Dr, North Charleston, SC 29418 ServiceMaster of Charleston is a disaster restoration company that specializes in the mitigation of water, fire, and mold damages. For over 37 years, we have built a reputation for performing quality work in the Tri-County area. We are seeking a Project Manager/Estimator. Candidates will visit customers home, assess damages, measure the property, take photos, communicate the process to the homeowner, insurance company and office staff. Manage the job through the mitigation process, write the estimate in Xactimate, collect payment from the customer and pass the job over to our construction team. Our Project Managers/Estimators process 10-15 estimates/jobs a week and multi-task with many different customers and internal employees. We are looking for people who will be on time, are great with communication, enjoy customer service, and work hard until the job gets done. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm plus a lot of weekend and overtime work when customers need us. There will be “On Call” responsibilities and after hours work is mandatory when needed. Company phone, laptop and assigned vehicles provided. Ideal candidates will be dependable with solid character traits, and most importantly, have a great attitude. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A criminal background check and drug screening will be performed on every applicant.
