We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in managing and overseeing projects within the healthcare, industrial, educational, religious, hotels, and multifamily sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of construction leadership experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site. Monitor and control project progress and performance against established benchmarks. Qualifications:
