Job Description:
The ideal applicant will provide on-site coordination for all phases of the construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. This will be a fast-paced job, where you will work on multiple projects at one time. A detailed oriented and quick thinker is a must. Responsibilities
- Visit job site and evaluate process and verify that quality and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate the subcontractors, vendors, team members and clients on a daily basis
- Manage schedule and budget on all projects
- Review construction documents and identify any issues.
- Inspect all job sites for proper construction methods and materials
- Create and organize punch lists for all trades thought construction.
- Coordinate with design and Clients thought the project
- Develop, organize, and track construction documents in BuilderTrend Software
- Ensure project site cleanliness and presentation
- Comply with all company safety policies
- Act in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients, neighbors, and trade partners Qualifications and Skills
- Three or more years of experience in construction, required in custom residential construction.
- Understanding of blueprints, construction drawings, addendums, and building codes
- Detail oriented, self-disciplined, and organized with excellent follow-up
- Coordinate with suppliers and trade partners to deliver products timely and produce quality work within tight timeframes while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Creative problem solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution
- Must have a legal drivers license. Truck is preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Construction estimating knowledge is a plus but not necessary Compensation and Benefits Offered
