We are a leading provider of construction services in the Lowcountry for the last 65+ years. We have a variety of different projects, from corporate offices to medical faculties and educational projects and more. We are breaking ground on a few new projects and we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team!

What You Will Be Doing
You will work closely to collaborate across teams within the organization and be responsible for prioritizing projects accordingly, maintaining a strict schedule and budget, promoting safety and quality on all projects, managing foreman and team members, and handling RFI submittals and change orders.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5 years of experience with:
- Commercial Construction
- Project Management
- Budget Management
- Project Scope
- RFI Submittals
- Experience with Education and/or multifamily projects a plus
