Relationship Oriented Client Centric Career Minded Hardworking Tech Savvy Flexible Reward Driven Problem Solving Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own all facets of the Project Management project process: Product and Shop Drawing Submittal processes, Product Releases, Project status reports and Logistics Management Primary liaison with client’s construction team and associated manufacturers and reps Set up and maintain shared project folders Coordinate project scope, schedule, product approval, storage and or delivery requirements Attend project site meetings and perform site walk throughs as required Maintain contact with associated project product vendors to verify Lead-times, Order Releases, ESD’s and Shipment information Maintain contact with customers regarding Lead-times, Order Releases, ESD’s and Shipment information via project status Tracking Chart report Review scope changes within drawing bulletins/addendums and manage Change Orders and maintain Logs accordingly Coordinate with Accounting to ensure proper billing Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Experience in Lighting Project Management minimum 2+ years

Experience in reviewing construction plans, specifications, and other related construction documents Thorough understanding of the submittal process and vendor relations Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple clients and schedules Experience with Bluebeam, Crossfire and Oasis software (a plus) Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word) High attention to detail Excellent quantitative and analytical math skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Strong time management and organizational skills Positive and proactive customer service skills illuminico is an equal opportunity employer.
