Robert Half is hiring! We are offering an exciting opportunity for as a Sr. Consultant in Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves strategic planning of IT initiatives, budget management, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation for our clients in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive IT strategies that align with client business objectives
- Assist in planning and managing IT budgets for clients, focusing on cost-effective solutions
- Create and maintain a technology roadmap detailing the execution of IT projects
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure top-quality IT services
- Identify potential IT risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, thereby securing the reliability of client IT systems
- Regularly assess the performance of client IT systems, proposing improvements when necessary
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on IT initiatives and addressing any arising concerns or issues
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance client IT environments
- Use skills in Cloud Technologies, Change Management, and IT Sales to effectively execute responsibilities
- Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential, with a deep understanding of their application in business contexts.
- Demonstrable experience in Change Management, with the ability to guide teams and organizations through significant transitions.
- A strong background in IT Sales is required, with proven ability to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently when required.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as IT or Business Management, is required.
- Detail oriented qualifications or certifications in project management would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of proficiency in project management software and tools.
