Breeze Painting is looking for a Project & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Call & Book Sales Appointments

  • Work through our lead list, connect with potential clients, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to fill the calendar with great opportunities. Set Projects Up for Success
  • Once a job is sold, you’ll handle the details to ensure a smooth kickoff.
This includes:

Scheduling the project with both the client and our painting crew Confirming final color selections with the homeowner Ordering the right paint and materials ahead of time Keep Things Moving

  • You’ll also help with other administrative tasks as needed, like responding to emails and keeping everything organized.
Skills You’ll Need:

Strong Communication Skills

  • You’re comfortable talking to leads, clients, and painters, making sure everyone is on the same page. Highly Organized
  • Juggling schedules, appointments, and project details requires attention to detail and time management. Problem-Solving Mindset
  • If a schedule shifts or a client has a last-minute request, you can adapt and find a solution. Tech-Savvy
  • Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and email communication is a big plus. Self-Motivated
  • You take initiative, stay on top of tasks, and don’t need constant supervision to get things done. Sales & Customer Service Experience
  • While not required, a background in calling leads, appointment setting, or client coordination is a bonus.
