Join our team as a Lead Analyst for Project Controls, working on a cutting-edge Battery Plant Construction project. Enjoy a flexible work schedule with 40 hours on-site and 10 hours remote work each week.
Job Responsibilities:
Independently apply advanced project controls techniques and analyses with minimal supervision.
Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced project control personnel.
Lead a team of Project Controls professionals, influencing internal and external clients positively.
Achieve high levels of forecasting accuracy and proactively address and escalate issues.
Lead project controls schedule team in all planning and scheduling efforts.
Facilitate risk and change management discussions.
Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Primavera P6.
At least 1 year of Construction experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing Earned Value.
Education:
A four-year Bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience OR ten years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience without a four-year Bachelor’s degree.
Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management.
