Job Description
We want to hire a Transition Coordinator who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring associations’ transition in and out of the company is complete. This position will work within our Pawleys Island office but require travel throughout both Pawleys Island and Myrtle Beach.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Plans, directs and coordinates activities to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined scope and on time.
Serve as single point of contact for prior management company or new management company based on direction of transition.
Identifies resources needed and assign tasks to internal parties involved in transition process.
Request, receive, track and file all transition documents.
Communicate with prior management or new management company on outstanding items and follow-up needs as appropriate.
Track and manage task deadlines as assigned to internal/external parties.
Produce routine summary reporting of transition status.
Produce standardized material for use in transition process i.e. transition notifications, checklists etc.
Identify areas of efficiency and implement new processes to enhance transition experience.
Travel for the purpose of picking up or dropping off transition items.
Upload and process accounting information in our software.
Enter homeowner information in our software.
Work closely with accounting department and Controller to insure transition in and out of property.
Provide accounting documents for each transition out.
Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, coordinate multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with audiences at various levels both inside and outside of the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Experience in HOA management very beneficial but not required
Must pass background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 25 pounds.
