Job DescriptionJob Description Project Manager – Civil Site Development Greenville, SC A well-respected and growing civil engineering firm with a strong presence in the Southeast is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team in Greenville, SC. This award-winning company offers diverse services, including civil, environmental, structural, and marine engineering; land surveying; land planning; landscape architecture; geographic information systems; and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects for various clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Prepare proposals and develop project fees. Conduct site visits and meet with clients and consultants to support project needs and business development. Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget. Manage engineering work and collaborate with other disciplines. Develop project scopes of work. Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and clients. Supervise engineers and technicians. Track projects using accounting software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). 7+ years of experience in public and private project design, with a focus on site development. Proven experience in producing residential, commercial, and industrial design plans. Strong understanding of civil engineering project management, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
