Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for building architecturally significant, one-of-a-kind homes? We’re seeking a meticulous, forward-thinking leader to join a premier luxury residential builder known for crafting distinctive estates with uncompromising attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of ultra-custom residential builds, from pre-construction through final walk-through
Manage complex timelines, budgets, and client expectations with precision and professionalism
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure exceptional quality
Collaborate with top-tier architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners
Proactively identify challenges and resolve them before they impact schedule or design intent
Maintain strict adherence to high standards of craftsmanship and execution
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of residential construction experience with a strong portfolio of unique and highly detailed homes
Proven success managing luxury custom projects ranging from $3M to $20M+
Expertise in managing complex architectural and interior finishes
Calm, confident leadership style with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
Deep understanding of project sequencing, budgeting, permitting, and scheduling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)
Familiarity with construction software such as Buildertrend or Procore
Clear communicator who builds trust with clients, designers, and trades alike
