Job Responsibilities With limited supervision, creates and maintains all pertinent documentation, utilizes recognized project management tools, techniques, and methodologies. Responsible for variety of Construction Project functions; creating, coordinating and issuing contracts, change orders, payment applications and State OSE forms; performs procurement and accounting duties analyzes budgets utilizing Banner System; Assist with state and local reports. Process approved pay apps and invoices. Minimum and Additional Requirements High school diploma and relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Prefer Associate’s degree in business or related field. Prefer Facilities Management operations background, experience with computer-related programs, project management, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
