This is a highly visible client-facingrole where you’ll manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuringtechnical excellence across your team’s deliverables. You’ll serveas the primary liaison between clients, permitting agencies, andinternal stakeholders—guiding teams, mentoring staff, anddelivering outcomes that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities- Lead civil engineering land development projects through allphases: planning, design, permitting, and construction supportDevelop and manage project budgets, scopes, schedules, and staffingplans Oversee technical deliverables and ensure quality, accuracy,and code compliance Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, andpermitting authorities Lead internal team meetings and mentorjunior engineers and CAD staff Perform and review calculations,reports, and plan sets Guide QA/QC processes and maintain technicalstandards Support proposal development and assist with businessdevelopment as needed Qualifications – 6-10 years of civilengineering experience focused on land development PE licenserequired Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related fieldDemonstrated experience managing site development projects andproject teams Proficiency in Civil 3D and relevant design softwareStrong knowledge of local codes, stormwater/drainage design, andutility systems Proven ability to manage clients, deadlines, andproject financials Interested in hearing more?
