Assistant Project Manager (Low Voltage) Nino Development West Columbia, SC 29169 Nino Development in looking for a Low Voltage Assistant Project Manager in the Columbia, SC area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing low-voltage projects from pre-construction through closeout Support project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely material procurement and installation Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in CCTV, access control, video surveillance, and other low-voltage security systems Strong understanding of information technology, networking, and computer hardware Excellent cabling and installation skills to support project implementation Ability to manage medium to large-scale low-voltage system installations Experience in contract work and SaaS-based solutions Minimum 5 years’ experience managing low-voltage/structured cabling technicians Proven track record of successfully installing and managing low-voltage security system projects Excellent communication and project management skills to liaise with clients and team members Strong preference for candidates with manufacturing environment experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary Range:
