In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between departments, contractors, and installers to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports, offering recommendations for process improvements.
- Address and resolve challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
- Act as a liaison with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee adherence to project specifications and quality standards in all phases of project installations and repairs.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure all members are aligned with project goals.
- Manage data entry and administrative tasks, including note-taking and maintaining accurate project records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support billing functions and ensure all project-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction or plumbing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks, with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to address and resolve customer service issues professionally.
- Familiarity with billing processes and project documentation management.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, builders, and other professionals in the construction industry.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle problem-solving challenges effectively.
