Anticipated SalaryRange:
$78,341.00 – $115,000.00. The salary range for this role isintended as a good faith estimate based on the role’s location,expectations, and responsibilities. Job DescriptionEnlighten is looking for a Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to assistin providing leadership of a cloud big data pilot program. Theprogram requires knowledge of cloud computing technologies, programmanagement concepts, and agile software development. Work isperformed in a hybrid environment. Since this will be/is a customerfacing role, flexibility is key to success in daily schedule.
LI-DS1 Mid-Senior Level Essential Job Responsibilities Interfacewith the government contracting officer representative (COR) andthe Enlighten management team. Assist in customer meetings, tradeshows, conferences with public speaking on company capabilities.
Assist in numerous aspects of the contract to include programexecution, meeting or exceeding delivery objectives and milestones,and outstanding cost performance. Assist in formulating andenforcing work standards, developing and executing projectschedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising personnel andcommunicating policies, procedures, and goals to team members. Workwith the technical leads to help oversee personnel and technicalmanagement of tasks, and will ensure that the full range ofcorporate resources is available to perform the required tasks.
Provide management oversight of all program personnel, bothEnlighten and subcontractors, ensuring the highest quality of taskcompletion and deliverables in accordance with the contract. Assistin day-to-day management of the program, and develops long-term andstrategic objectives to help ensure that end user requirements willbe satisfied in future years of the contract. Perform horizontalintegration planning, and interfaces frequently with otherfunctional areas such as subcontracts, project control, andpersonnel security. Ensure program deliverables and schedules areimplemented in a timely manner; provides supervision, training, anddirection to staff; and serves as the single point of contact forall customer issues or concerns. Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain aSecret level security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required. Willalso consider a candidate with a current Secret or TS/SCI levelsecurity clearance. Will also be put in for a TS/SCI in the future.3 years experience supporting programs of similar scope, type, andcomplexity within the Federal Government and a B.S. degree inBusiness Management, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science orrelated discipline, 2 years relevant experience with Masters inrelated field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 yearsrelevant experience. Direct experience in supporting/managingmulti-task contracts and subcontracts of various types andcomplexity including Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Superb communicationskills and strong public speaking skills. High attention to detailand organization skills are a must. Prior experience working in thePMO. Will be responsible in assisting the schedule, programfinancials, employee resource allocation, milestones, customerinteraction, etc. Strong knowledge and understanding of the FederalAcquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal AcquisitionRegulation Supplement (DFARS). Ability to travel up to 10% of thetime CONUS and OCONUS. Must be able to work in a hybridenvironment, spending an average of 1-2 days per week in Columbia,MD. However, flexibility is essential to accommodate any changes inthe schedule. Preferred Requirements Top Secret clearance ispreferred. Prior experience managing technical contracts and priortechnical skills is a huge plus. Prior experience working on anCyber or Big Data program is highly desired.
