We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the installation and execution of PLC, SCADA, and Building Management Systems (BMS) projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction and commissioning, ensuring successful project delivery through effective organization, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Planning Manage new project intake, documentation, and scheduling Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, programming, operations) to align timelines and deliverables Analyze project timelines and determine resource requirements Subcontractor Management Hire and oversee electrical subcontractors Review bids, enforce contract compliance, and ensure proper installation standards Act as primary point of contact for subcontractor communication Materials & Logistics Order and coordinate project materials in line with site timelines Manage material storage needs and delivery schedules Billing & Documentation Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely billing Prepare project close-out documentation, including as-built data and service turnover packages Communication & Site Visits Maintain regular communication with technical and management teams Conduct site visits and attend project meetings Provide updates, manage changes, and handle change orders as necessary Commissioning & Close-Out Support technicians during start-up and commissioning Coordinate any required project modifications or corrections Facilitate owner training and ensure all close-out activities are complete Financial Oversight Review project labor costs with operations leadership Recommend and initiate corrective actions when necessary Technical Knowledge & Training Stay current on industry practices, safety standards, and project management methodologies Mentor junior project managers and assist in training new team members Quality Control & Safety Enforce project safety guidelines and proper installation practices Ensure documentation accuracy and task completion Provide feedback on installation standards Team Collaboration Lead by example with a positive and proactive attitude Participate in job progress meetings and contribute to team objectives Travel Requirements Willing and able to travel up to 75%, supporting high-profile clients across multiple regions
