The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in residential and/or commercial roofing systems, a strong understanding of materials and installation techniques, and a proven track record of managing crews and subcontractors effectively. This role is key to ensuring that roofing projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of roofing projects, from initial assessment and planning to final inspection and handoff. Manage roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed efficiently and meets specifications. Conduct roof inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and manufacturer requirements. Coordinate materials delivery, equipment needs, and scheduling with suppliers and internal teams. Maintain clear communication with property owners, general contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor job site progress and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays or budget overruns. Ensure quality control through regular site checks, adherence to scopes of work, and punch list management. Document project status, timelines, and daily reports accurately. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager specifically in the roofing industry . In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems (e.g., asphalt shingles, TPO, EPDM, metal, tile, etc.). Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA) and industry best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews on-site. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management tools and roofing-specific software is a plus.
