Executive Assistant Project Manager Position Available In Spartanburg, South Carolina

We’re recruiting for a direct hire, 100% onsite Executive Assistant with an established organization in downtown Spartanburg.

Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and protect the executive’s time by anticipating needs, prioritizing requests, and aligning schedules with high-priority business goals. Act as a strategic partner and trusted right-hand, keeping the executive focused, informed, and aligned with shifting priorities. Exercise sound judgment in filtering communications and issues, directing what requires the executive’s attention and independently resolving others. Maintain poise and discretion while confidently making decisions and managing tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Keep projects and priorities organized, ensuring clear alignment with company goals and consistent follow-through on actionable outcomes. Respond swiftly and effectively to changing needs, demonstrating agility in juggling multiple responsibilities and adapting to new challenges. Take initiative to handle tasks independently, lightening the executive’s workload and contributing to overall team efficiency.

Qualifications:

Ability to work 100% onsite. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage various activities concurrently. Strong adherence to systems and processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to design and plan ahead, staying ahead of tasks and responsibilities. Technically proficient 5+ years in a similar support position. Bachelor’s degree
