Siemens Industry is looking for a positive and professional Project Manager to join our team in Roebuck SC. Relocation is available In this role, you need to run and oversee multiple projects in South Carolina. You will demonstrate ownership of projects with minimal intervention from management. This will require a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex and/or cross functional problems. You’ll make impact by: Responsibilities Create project timelines, budget, detailed activity lists and Coordinate communication with stakeholders through regular meetings, documentation, project progress reporting, platform progress reporting. Provide budgetary summaries and reconciliation support to the stakeholders. Support operations and construction team on procurement activities and Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material with project site Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and challenges. Develops risk mitigation plans to preempt potential problems through the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, processes, and lessons learned. Apply skills to resolve complex problems to ensure successful delivery of projects pursuant to customer deliverables. Basic Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in computer science, electrical engineer, or power systems engineer Experience with the application of concepts of project management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (O365). Project or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven record of 5+ years as Project Management with experience on large systems. Expertise in the energy/utility industry Maintain excellent organizational skills to store critical company and contractors files including Emails, Purchase Agreements, Contracts, Project Schedules, Meeting Minutes, Submittal documents Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, Advanced time management and problem-solving skills
