Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week + OT as needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator or Cost Control Administrator with a strong background in payroll and audit processes to join our team on a large capital project in Sumter, SC. This on-site role supports day-to-day project controls, cost tracking, and administrative functions to ensure smooth execution and financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support cost control and project tracking for a large-scale capital project Process and verify project-related payroll in compliance with company and regulatory standards Assist with internal and external audits, including document preparation and data validation Maintain accurate cost and labor records and provide weekly/monthly reporting Track project expenditures, commitments, and variances against budget Support procurement, vendor invoicing, and reconciliation tasks as needed Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, and communications Collaborate closely with project managers, site leads, and the operations team
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, project admin, or related role on a large capital project Proven experience with payroll processing and audit support Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with cost tracking software or ERP systems preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work on-site full-time with flexibility for overtime as needed TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
