About the role:

As a Project Scheduler you will plan and schedule through the production schedules. In addition to being a lead contributor, you will provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to others. You will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain and other functional organizations. The Project Scheduler has developed a depth of expertise in their discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines. You will report to the Director – Plant Projects. This is a remote role. No relocation or sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve standard and non-standard problems using defined processes, experience, operational & supervisory expertise Have in-depth knowledge of work processes within Project Controls / Scheduling and knowledge of the related disciplines Apply technical and managerial expertise to improve the effectiveness and provide guidance to employees in Project Controls / Scheduling Resolve operational, customer, employee or technical problems that affect the effectiveness of Project Controls / Scheduling Explain difficult issues and obtains agreement Anticipate internal/external business issues Develop solutions and ensure solutions are consistent with organizational goals Take leadership role, act as a facilitator. Coordinate work outside own area of expertise Coordinate work activities with other team members

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience
5 years in technical/engineering lead role and 5 years of project controls experience may be considered as equivalent.
Experience analyzing information and engaging in complex decision-making. #LI-Remote Why Westinghouse?
