for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of key projects. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Program Manager and collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to ensure all project activities are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. You’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics, tracking resources, managing communications, processing invoices, and providing general administrative support. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in ensuring projects remain aligned with their objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the receipt and shipment of project materials; maintain accurate records in the ERP system. Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including assignment of import/export licenses. Track project equipment, ensuring accountability and proper documentation. Process supplier invoices and submit customer invoices and delivery documentation via government portals. Support the Program Manager with data collection, reporting, and project documentation. Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project requirements. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance project efficiency. Perform additional duties as required in support of project success.
