• Concrete Construction Job Summary Lindsay Precast is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or concrete contracting and a passion for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities Communication:

Effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Safety:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and identify areas for improvement.

Quality:

Deliver high-quality construction projects that meet client expectations.

Strategic Planning:

Support strategic planning initiatives and ensure compliance with the strategic plan.

Leadership:

Provide overall leadership for concrete projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Coordination:

Coordinate with estimating, field leadership, and subcontractors.

Change Management:

Manage change orders and document changes.

Documentation:

Ensure that all project documentation is organized and complete.

Scheduling:

Develop and maintain project schedules.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate project risks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in civil or concrete construction project management. Proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
