Scheduling Lead Location:
Oak Ridge, TN Employment Type:
Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled Primavera P6 Scheduling Lead to manage cost-loaded project schedules for initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive Primavera P6 experience and a strong background in schedule execution and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated, cost-loaded schedules using Primavera P6 Build WBS, baselines, and scope schedules Coordinate with subcontractors and teams to define deliverables and timelines Track schedule performance and report updates to stakeholders Train junior schedulers and support proposal presentations
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in project scheduling (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project) Strong knowledge of P6 architecture and Excel Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in team settings U.S. Citizenship required ; must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred:
Government or DOE project experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Primavera P6 certification
