The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and construction, paving, equipment operation, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of asphalt projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.. Paving experience needed. 5-10+ years On site management to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage procurement processes for materials and resources. Implement quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations. Skills Proficient in project management methodologies with hands-on experience in construction estimating. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
