Drug-Free Communities Project Coordinator Ashland City, TN | Full-Time | In-Office | Medical Benefits Available Are you passionate about empowering youth, preventing substance use, and promoting mental wellness in your community? Join our mission-driven team as a Drug-Free Communities Project Coordinator and help lead meaningful change in Cheatham County, TN! In this role, you’ll: ✅ Organize and implement youth-focused prevention programs ✅ Facilitate peer support groups and youth leadership activities ✅ Lead classroom-based prevention education ✅ Build strong relationships across sectors—schools, law enforcement, nonprofits, healthcare, and more ✅ Develop and implement community-wide strategies to reduce youth substance use and support mental health What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree (Public Health, Social Work, or related field preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for working with youth and families Group management experience preferred Self-motivated and able to take initiative with limited oversight Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Excellent organizational and collaboration skills Ability to take initiative and lead community efforts Familiarity with Cheatham County or experience working in rural communities Why Join Us?
