BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Serving our customers through their journey by assisting the project manager with their assigned projects and crews. 2. Leading our crews with the support of your project manager to complete projects in scope, on budget, on time, with high quality and customer experience. 3. Assisting the project manager in managing the material and labor expenses on your projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ Assist and contribute to the execution of $2 Million + in revenue while compiling field experience ✔ Assisting the project manager in overseeing 6 – 10+ painting crews. ✔ Completing “Change orders” by following the change order process. ✔ Completing “Kick Offs”, “Check Ins” for each job per these documented processes. ✔ Completing a Final Inspection per the “Final Inspection Process” with the crew prior to a final walk through with clients and prior to submitting payment requests for the sub contractor. ✔ Completing a “Final Walk Through” with a client and collecting a Google Review and Payment. ✔ Reporting each week to the project manager ✔ Continue to learn about the growing industry of residential painting and interrelating trades and how they affect the economy and the life of the average homeowner ✔ Interact with clients to contribute to an excellent overall customer experience
