Job Summary :

As a Business Consultant/Project Manager at Blattner Technologies, you will drive client success by managing projects and implementing business solutions tailored to client needs. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and providing strategic insights to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored business solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document processes and deliverables. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities. Travel Travel may include business meetings and customer visits as required.

Technical Skills :

3-5 years of business analysis/consulting experience for technical projects. 3-5 years of project management experience on small to medium-sized projects. Web and mobile development experience is highly recommended. Experience with AI/ML projects is a plus. Multiple vertical expertise is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). Familiarity with data-driven solutions, AI, or digital transformation strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type :

Full-time Compensation Range :

$85,000-$110,000 based on experience
