The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a knack for effective communication. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of projects are executed efficiently and effectively across different regions. Duties Analyze incoming data to accurately post royalties. Research using various resources to efficiently gather necessary data to accurately post royalties. Prioritize duties to meet departmental deadlines as needed. Maintain workflow tracking spreadsheets. Accurately identify Film/TV income and post accordingly. Special projects as requested by management or other departments. Experience Bachelor’s degree in music or equivalent experience. Must have accurate typing skills, preferably at least 50 WPM. Solid knowledge of Excel. Strong analytical skills. Self-motivated and can work independently. Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must work well with others. 7.5-hour business workday, but variations in work volume may require extended working hours. Must be able to commute to our Nashville office .
