As an Electrical Power Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration, working across departments to ensure projects are on time and within budget. Key Qualifications:

•- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades. – Mission Critical electrical power distribution system experience (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, STS) At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. •

Supervisory Responsibilities:

•Directly supervise up to 5 team members, providing consistent feedback and support. Lead, coach, and develop junior teams and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR.
