ON BONUS RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the installation of Fire Alarms Communicate and monitor project scopes, schedules, materials, andmanpower on assigned installation projects. Coordinate appropriate technician and sub-contractor labor to meetthe project schedule. Monitor all materials ordered and on-site for installation on everyproject. Communicate to field staff and operations on the progress ofprojects to ensure expectations are met. Be organized and able to exercise practical time management skillsto prioritize workload. Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workersprofessionally. Open-minded willingness to continue learning. Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulationsand practices. Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values. Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
RequireD:
5+ years of management experience in fire alarm contracting Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications. Pass drug and background screenings. Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to meet state licensing requirements and/or vendorcertifications. Valid driver’s license Proficiency working in
Microsoft Suite:
Outlook, Word, Excel, andPowerPoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to safely and effectively use general hand and powertools. Lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. push and pull greater than 75lbs. Climb a ladder reaching a height of at least 12 feet, use a manlift, and reach heights exceeding 40 feet to perform services. Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, andloud noises While performing the duties of this job, the employee is requiredto talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand,walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with handsand arms.
