Job Description
Hemma Concrete is looking to add a Hardscapes Project Manager to our Nashville team. We have been performing concrete and hardscapes in the Southeast for over 20 years, and we take pride in our dedicated employees that are determined to handle all of our customers’ demands. Our services include preconstruction, project management and quality/safety assurance for structural concrete, hardscapes and landscapes. Key responsibilities for a Project Manager would include: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients to meet project specifications Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules and reports. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any issues Collaborate with Superintendent to develop and implement project schedules Budget preparation and cost management throughout the project lifecycle Communicate effectively with all Division Manager and provide regular updates on project status Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulations As a team member of Hemma Concrete, you’ll enjoy: Competitive pay + bonus
