BASIC PURPOSE
The Manager, Enterprise Operations is responsible for the planning, coordination, logistics and tracking of all projects for Cross Country Workforce Solutions (WFS) and Intellify Talent Solutions (ITS) clients. This includes planning and coordination of divisional projects and requirements; preparation and analysis of project reporting, tracking, and budgeting, and developing and executing plans as needed. The Manager is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Sets deadlines, communicates responsibilities, monitors progress and summarizes progress/status of projects as outlined by senior leadership.
Prepares documentation re:
forecasting, financial information, project proposals and plans. Organizes project libraries and artifacts (internal and external). Provides internal support for meetings with internal/external stakeholders. Analyzes and tracks project performance within strategic accounts. Drives various operational process improvements and project kickoffs. Prepares daily/weekly/monthly operations metrics reports. Stays aware of policies and communicates/reinforces throughout divisional teams. Creative support for all project communications or initiatives. Develops presentations for senior management. Updates and creates data files, template documents and deliverable charts. Partners with IT, Product, Marketing, HR, and all company support lines to achieve organizational goals. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred and at least 3 years of office administration, operations management, or business management experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in healthcare or staffing industries preferred. Proficiency in Smartsheet and Visio preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. Excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Demonstrated analytical sense with excellent attention to detail. Familiarity with budgeting, proposal development processes and project management. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology. Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or other Service Desk applications.
WORK CONDITIONS
Must possess comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually through Microsoft Teams and Zoom Must be open to travel (up to 25%).
