SESAC Music Group is seeking a rockstar Marketing Project Manager to join our Nashville team! If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment, and love bringing marketing ideas to life, this is the opportunity for you.
As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for the organization and execution of marketing programs, advertising campaigns, sponsored events, email, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will support collaboration within various teams and proactively maintain smooth and efficient workflow management behind the scenes.

What You Will Be Doing:

Managing the scheduling and approvals of digital and event marketing projects. Curating relevant information and assets to concept, design, and produce marketing initiatives, including advertisements, presentations, signage, awards, and other projects as needed.
Creating digital content, including website copy, social media, and email campaigns.
Supporting the team in the planning and execution of company events and after-hour functions; may be required to attend events to oversee vendor relationships, ensure timeline adherence, and manage logistics.
Developing concepts and managing orders for corporate promotional items, tracking inventory across all offices, and coordinating deliveries for sponsorships and special event partners.
Creating and updating key marketing reports (Google Analytics, Hubspot) for digital, sponsorship, and event marketing efforts and highlighting data points to share with key stakeholders within the organization.
Overseeing department databases to ensure digital files, ads, and mailing lists are updated and accurate for leads and event programming.
Managing and organizing signed agreements with sponsorship and industry partners. Managing budgets and expense activities for the department, including processing invoices and POs; tracking expenses and reconciling budgets.

What Makes You Qualified:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of marketing project and content management experience, preferably in a digital marketing, project coordinator or content coordinator role.
Highly organized, administrative-minded and ability to multi-task while simultaneously maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of work.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to work cooperatively with outside vendors and internal staff.
Working knowledge of advertising and marketing processes, as well as an understanding of corporate branding concepts.
Experience with social media management platforms and content creation; Hubspot experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
Self-starter with strong initiative, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills, comfortable working independently as well as part of a team to achieve department goals.
Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic and growing company.
