The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects ofproject execution, with a strong focus on mechanical, electrical,and plumbing (MEP) coordination. The ideal candidate is a strategicthinker and experienced leader who can manage schedules, budgets,subcontractors, and client relationships across various types ofconstruction projects. We’re currently looking for a seasonedConstruction Project Manager with strong MEP experience and teamleadership capabilities to manage complex projects from start tofinish. Description Lead the planning and execution of constructionprojects from pre-construction through closeout. Oversee MEP designcoordination, procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualitycontrol. Manage and mentor on-site teams including assistantproject managers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Develop andmaintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensureon-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with owners,architects, engineers, and consultants to solve challenges andmaintain project alignment. Conduct regular site visits and projectmeetings to ensure progress, safety, and quality standards are met.
Evaluate subcontractor bids, negotiate contracts, and manage vendorrelationships. Ensure all work is compliant with applicable codes,regulations, and specifications. Profile Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Engineering, or a related field (required). 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager withproven expertise in MEP systems . Experience managing diverseproject types including commercial, multifamily, life science, andinstitutional. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to leadproject teams effectively. Proficient in construction managementsoftware such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizationalskills. Familiarity with local codes and permitting processes inPennsylvania is a plus.
