Nashville, TN Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Estimating Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Nashville area. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including estimating, client engagement, team oversight, subcontractor coordination, and vendor management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 3-4 projects concurrently, each ranging from $2 million to $10 million in value. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead the execution of ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $10M Manage project safety, budget adherence, scheduling, risk assessment, and quality control Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and company standards Supervise and support internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors Review and approve pay applications, purchase orders, and invoices Facilitate project meetings and resolution of onsite challenges Travel locally as required for site visits, client meetings, and project reviews Estimating & Business Development Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the Nashville area Lead estimating and bidding efforts to secure new contracts Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates Collaborate with senior management to finalize bids and negotiate terms Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships Contribute to pre-construction planning and procurement strategies Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management Demonstrated expertise managing ground-up projects between $2M-$10M Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Strong technical knowledge in budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation Excellent communication and leadership skills Capable of thriving in a small, agile team environment Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a drug screen and background check Compensation & Benefits Annual and project-based bonus opportunities 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance $500/month vehicle allowance (company truck available after 6 months) $100/month phone stipend Why Join Our Team?
