Months Job Description:

Coordinate activities, communications, and documentation across the three focus areas of the TDH Data Modernization Strategy including workforce development, data governance, and data and systems. Manage TDH Data Modernization related procurement and contracts Maintain the TDH Data Modernization budget across projects and funding sources. Assist with monitoring expenditures. Manage TDH Data Modernization resource management Oversee TDH Data Modernization related communication strategies including but not limited to sharepoint pages, data town halls, newsletters, and program email communications. Facilitate TDH Data Modernization related workgroups. Oversee TDH Data Modernization related documentation including associated development, maintenance, publishing, and distribution. Oversee project status tracking for all Data Modernization related projects, including escalation and publication of status reports and assist with grant reporting on performance metrics and measures. Maintain TDH Data Modernization related planning and plan documents. Provide support for TDH Data Modernization related projects as assigned which may include support for workforce development activities.

Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree, and six years of professional level experience in either or in combination of the following areas: (1) systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems; or (2) project management; two of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management. Professional-level experience in any one of the following areas may substitute for the required college degree on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of four years: (1) systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems; (2) project management; one of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management. Required Experience:

Any additional graduate coursework in project management, computer information systems, computer networking technology, computer technology or other related field may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of one year.
