Summary Lead the Support of Project Success at Bonitz At Bonitz, a 100% employee-owned leader in specialty trade contracting, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist to support our dynamic team in delivering exceptional commercial finishes. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with Project Consultants, Managers, and Directors to ensure seamless operations across the entire project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do Pre-Construction:
Construction Support:

Maintain project records and track changes to ensure alignment with scope. Act as the communication hub, facilitating between Project Managers, Vendors, and Clients. Monitor open tasks to ensure timely completion and attend project meetings.

Office Administration:

Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for the team. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and greeting visitors.

What You’ll Bring Experience:

2+ years in a business environment; higher education preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with D365 is a plus.

Mindset:

Strong organizational skills, urgency in meeting deadlines, and a collaborative approach.

Communication:

in Spanish is a plus but not required.
