Project Manager – Special Projects | Nashville, TN $100K-$5M | Commercial Renovations & Fitouts Alexander Rose is proud to be partnered with an expanding General Contractor in Nashville as they grow their Special Projects Division . We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a consistent flow of renovations and tenant fitouts ranging from $100K to $5M .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing fast-paced commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Overseeing budgets, schedules, and ensuring high-quality delivery Leading with a proactive and solution-driven approach
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a PM on projects within the $100K-$5M range Background in interiors, renovations, or retail fitouts Strong organizational and communication skills Based in or open to working in Middle Tennessee Why This Role?
